🌿  The Story of Lavender Lane 🌿 

Lavender Lane began in 2018, but its roots stretch back much further—into childhood passions, cherished memories, and a lifelong love of flowers.

My journey with floristry started when I was just 16. I left school to follow my heart into the world of flowers, colours, plants, and all things beautiful. 

Nearly 30 years later, that same passion still drives me every single day.

The name Lavender Lane holds a very special place in my heart.

It was created in honour of my mum, who passed away when I was 21.

She was my biggest supporter as a young florist—taking photos of every arrangement I made and proudly showing them to anyone who would look. Lavender was her favourite colour, so it felt only right that it became part of the business built in her memory.

Today, I'm blessed with a family of my own who support this dream just as fiercely.

My husband Mark is often in store or out on the road delivering your blooms and our daughter Mia is always ready to help with your pick- ups and orders.

Lavender Lane truly is a family affair.

What started as a small home studio focusing on everlasting blooms in my spare time has now grown into our very own shopfront in the Ourimbah Shopping Village.

With that growth has come an expanded vision of what Lavender Lane can be.

No matter how much we grow, one thing will never change: I will never send out a design I wouldn't love to receive myself.
